Distinctions

The top 200 to 300 photographers, as shortlisted by the Panel, work will be published in the Irish Times Amateur Photographer of the year catalogue. The Catalogue will be available in iBook format. This will be available to each competition entrant.

Recognition

Photographers work will be published – and fully credited – in the Irish Times in both the online and print edition to promote the competition. The Photographs for publication will be picked and published by The Arts and Culture Editor, Laurence Mackin and the Online Editor, Hugh Lenehan, in conjunction with the Irish Times Picture Editor, David Sleator, or the Competition Chairman, Frank Miller.
